Munin plugin for recording the temperature of all the temperature monitors in an RX. Put the script with your other munin plugins, and create a symlink to it with a unique name in your /etc/munin/plugins folder. Then, add some config for it into your plugin-conf.d/munin-node.conf. Like this:

# cp bigiron_temp /usr/share/munin/plugins
# ln -s /usr/share/munin/plugins /etc/munin/plugins/bigiron_temp.your-core-switch
# vi /etc/munin/plugin-conf.d/munin-node

-----

[bigiron_temp.your-core-switch]
env.host your-core-switch
env.comm community-string

-----

Then restart munin-node ('service restart munin-node' on most modern linux distros). You can do this for as many switches as you want.

Note! Use at your own risk. Read the script first. It should be safe, but it might not be. Always use a read-only community string. Monitor your switches CPU for a while after you start using the plugin. Don't run it too frequently. Once per 5 minutes should be enough.
